Sizes run XS to 4XL across the shop. Most designs come in S to XL. 2XL is on 14 designs, 3XL on 4, 4XL on 1, and XS on 2.

Bodycon charts run smaller. A bodycon S measures 30.7 in at the bust; a wrap S, 34.6 in.
Charts measure the dress itself, laid flat. Allow 0.5-1 inch (1-2.5 cm) either way.

Rose: packing, 2-3 business days at the partner’s warehouse in China. Sand: transit, 10-12 business days. Striped: days that only the slower orders use.

Returns
Within 30 days: sending a dress back
- Window
- 30 days from the delivery date. The request has to arrive inside the 30 days.
- Return number
- Emailed within 1 business day, with the return address. Nothing goes to the New Albany address.
- Postage
- On a change of mind, the customer pays the return postage, and the $6.90 delivery charge isn’t refunded. On SilkSeam’s mistake (a damaged, faulty, wrong, or not-as-described dress), the customer pays nothing.
- Refund
- SilkSeam sends it within 7 business days once the returned dress arrives and passes inspection. It goes back to the PayPal account or card behind the purchase.

Are any of the dresses silk?
None is listed as silk; SilkSeam is just the store’s name. Most dresses are polyester, many with spandex or elastane. The others are acrylic, viscose, or rayon, and two sweater dresses don’t state a fiber.
Where does my order ship from?
A third-party fulfillment partner packs it at its warehouse in China and sends out the box. Duties are paid before the box leaves, so nothing is due when it arrives.
How many days until a dress shows up?
12-15 business days from the order day: 2-3 for packing and 10-12 in transit. Orders paid after 5:30 PM Eastern Time count from the next business day.
When is delivery free?
Once the dresses in the cart reach $99. Discount codes come off first, and sales tax doesn’t count toward it. Under $99, delivery is $6.90 per order. No single dress gets there on its own (the top price is $63.99); two dresses at $49.99 or more each do.
Can I change the address or cancel?
Yes, for 8 hours after the order is placed. Email support with the confirmation number (and the corrected address, for a change). A cancellation brings the full amount back within 2 business days.
Which payment methods work?
PayPal, or Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through Credit Card. The full amount due is charged to the card or PayPal account the moment checkout is completed.
