Every SilkSeam listing carries a chart of the dress’s own measurements, and a real dress can differ by 0.5-1 inch.

For the dresses on each listing

Each listing describes one dress: style, color, fabric where stated, sizes, the Stretch line, and a garment chart. The details come from product data the fulfillment partner supplies. The listing is what SilkSeam sells. The store’s name aside, no listing names silk, and the fiber is given wherever the maker states it.

Between screen color, stretch, and the chart

Colors shift from screen to screen. Charts measure the dress laid flat, so allow 0.5-1 inch (1-2.5 cm) either way. The Stretch line rates the fabric as None, Slight, Medium, or High. A dress more than 2 inches off its chart, or far from its photos, counts as not as described; the Refund and Returns Policy covers that case.

This page applies to every page of silkseam.com and to support messages. It doesn’t take away any right the law gives the customer.

Up to the price paid

SilkSeam’s liability on an order never exceeds what the customer paid for that order. Indirect losses, like a missed event after a late box, are excluded where the law allows.

Around delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates: 12-15 business days from the order day. Carriers, customs, and weather can stretch them. A late box still gets the options in the Shipping Policy.

With the customer: size choice and care

Choosing a size is the customer’s call, made with the chart and the Stretch line. Washing and drying are the customer’s choice too. Damage from heat, bleach, or a hot dryer isn’t a defect.

A carrier’s tracking page or PayPal’s window belongs to that company, and its own terms apply there. SilkSeam doesn’t control those pages.

Under Indiana law

Indiana law governs this page. The Terms and Conditions name the courts.

In a later version of this page

SilkSeam can update this page. The date at the top changes with each version.
