Returns: 30 days from delivery to ask, by email to contact@silkseam.com. Within 1 business day, support sends a return number and the return address. Change-of-mind postage is the customer's cost; a damaged, faulty, or wrong dress costs nothing to send back. Restocking is $0. Once the returned dress arrives and passes the check, SilkSeam refunds it within 7 business days.
