Ships from: a fulfillment partner's warehouse in China. Packing takes 2-3 business days, and an order paid by 5:30 PM Eastern Time on a business day starts that same day. Carrier transit adds 10-12 business days, for 12-15 in all. Duties are prepaid before the box leaves China, so nothing is owed at the door.

Returns: 30 days from delivery to ask, by email to contact@silkseam.com. Within 1 business day, support sends a return number and the return address. Change-of-mind postage is the customer's cost; a damaged, faulty, or wrong dress costs nothing to send back. Restocking is $0. Once the returned dress arrives and passes the check, SilkSeam refunds it within 7 business days.
