Ships from: a fulfillment partner's warehouse in China. Packing takes 2-3 business days, and an order paid by 5:30 PM Eastern Time on a business day starts that same day. Carrier transit adds 10-12 business days, for 12-15 in all. Duties are prepaid before the box leaves China, so nothing is owed at the door.
Delivery: $6.90 per order, or $0 once the subtotal after discount codes reaches $99. Street addresses only, in the 48 contiguous states and DC. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other territories, PO boxes, and APO, FPO, and DPO addresses get no delivery.
Returns: 30 days from delivery to ask, by email to contact@silkseam.com. Within 1 business day, support sends a return number and the return address. Change-of-mind postage is the customer's cost; a damaged, faulty, or wrong dress costs nothing to send back. Restocking is $0. Once the returned dress arrives and passes the check, SilkSeam refunds it within 7 business days.
Payment: PayPal, or a card. Four card networks work at checkout: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. The full amount due is charged to the card or PayPal account the moment checkout is completed.
Fit: compare the chart in the description with a dress you own, and read the Stretch line. Charts measure the dress laid flat; allow 0.5-1 inch either way. The Size Guide walks through it. Sold by CHARITIE WILLIS FUNY LLC, trading as SilkSeam, New Albany, Indiana.
